The naughty little plastic switch that is always cracked because so many people over-tighten them.  The standard JIS screws are also a bit flaky so we supply these with countersunk stainless steel allen screws for more precise control.  Use a drop of threadlock on them and tighten just beyond finger tight to keep the switch in place without cracking.  Supplied with new O-ring.
